Booking and Payment

Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before your arrival for a full refund. If you need to modify your booking, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the requested changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cozumel Island Transfers and its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
