2. Services Provided
We provide private, round-trip and one-way transportation services to and from Cozumel International Airport (“Airport Transfers”), and to or from cruise ports, hotels, vacation rentals, and other local attractions (“Cruise Port Transfers” and “Destination Services”). All bookings and related information are made available to you through our Site.
Booking: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our Services.
Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process: Bookings may be made online or through other channels specified on our Site. All bookings are subject to availability.
Pricing: Prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or booking reference once payment is received and your transfer is confirmed.
4. Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel a booking for reasons including but not limited to force majeure events, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, we will offer you an alternative service date or a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally offered if you cancel your booking within the time frame specified by our Cancellation Policy or if we are unable to fulfill your service for reasons not caused by you.
Partial Refunds: If part of the service has been provided or if you have used a portion of your booking (e.g., one-way of a round-trip service), refunds may be pro-rated at our sole discretion.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically 7 days from the date of approval. The exact time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
6. Travel and Itinerary Details
Flight Delays: We track flight arrival times where possible, but you are responsible for notifying us of any significant flight changes or cancellations.
Pickup and Drop-Off: You must ensure you are present at the agreed-upon time and location. In case of no-show or late arrival beyond the grace period indicated at the time of booking, additional fees may apply.
Luggage Allowance: We provide estimated luggage capacities for each vehicle type. If you exceed these limits, we may refuse to transport additional items or require you to upgrade to a larger vehicle (subject to availability).
7. Conduct and Use of Services
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable conduct while using our Services or communicating with our team.
Driver’s Discretion: Our drivers have the right to refuse service if passengers violate these Terms or pose a risk to safety and comfort.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Transportation Risks: By using our Services, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. We strive to provide safe transportation but cannot guarantee incident-free travel.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozumel Island Transfers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or travel delays.
Third-Party Services: If your trip includes services provided by third parties (e.g., hotels, parks, or attractions), we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or additional charges.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Cozumel Island Transfers or its content suppliers and protected by relevant intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without our prior written permission.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cozumel Island Transfers, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
